We helped the world’s largest publicly traded property & casualty insurance company to improve employee and customer experience by applying Design Thinking methodology.

We transformed Chubb’s approach to the Underwriting experience for both Brokers and Underwriters by understanding the users needs and delivering a design system that enabled increased interactions to be completed in a digital channel.
